Please Read carefully.

Before sending your Items!

Please make us aware if someone or yourself has attempted to repair your item before sending it.

Please be aware liquid damaged consoles will have a £10 fee even if we can not repair your console this is to cover the costs of time & materials used

Please note a £10 charge may apply if your item has been looked at by someone else and we can not fix the fault because of excess damaged caused.

Drop Off Repairs Policy:

  • Any system or item repair is subject to no diagnostic Fee – No Fix No Fee.
  • We can only hold your items up to 6 weeks unless you have arranged a long time with us for holidays etc.
  • We will only repair what is stated to the customer upon a diagnostic review of the problem.
  • We will notify the customer before proceeding with the additional repair upon approval (most cases no extra charge subject to parts)
  • Once the repair is complete or if your unit cannot be repaired we will contact you for collection.
  • All our repairs are covered by our warranty this includes parts and labor.
  • If your unit is to fail again we will never charge you again under the warranty period.

For postage repairs:

Please note you are responsible for postage prices if your unit is to fail again under the warranty period however we will never charge any additional prices for a re-repair of your unit this covers parts and labor.

We are not responsible for lost Units once they leave our hands tracking provided posted items only.

We will only return your unit once full payments have been made.

All items are tracked you will also be provided with a tracking number.

We provide a 6-month standard warranty on all our repairs unless stated.

We can only offer a 30-day warranty on water damaged Units.

New Computer Laptop Parts:

All new components are covered by a 12-month warranty.

All new computer builds are covered by a 2 year warranty when built by us.

Custom built computers are none refundable unless we cannot fix any issues that arise.

We do not provide monitors on our builds we build tower units only.

Your Important Data.

We are not responsible for data loss, this is up to you to backup your important data before leaving any items with us.


Not every console can be repaired but most are. This is the nature of electronics today.

A very small percentage of consoles may fail after repairs. That’s why we have a 6-month warranty.

If we cannot fix your console there will be no charge only return postage if sent by post.

We offer this service as an opportunity for you to save money.
