This guy is fantastic. Contacted him about a PS4 Repair. In a nutshell my son broke his Ps4 that he got for Xmas and PlayStation wanted £150 to fix it. Contacted Dean through email and he gave me a day to call over with it. As i live half an hour away he said he would fix there and then. It only half an hour to fix. Took my PS4 slim in with a broken HDMI port, still under a year's warranty but Sony wanted £140 and to send my system back at factory settings regardless. Found Dean online shortly after and he is a real gent and so helpful. Took just short of a week to get my system back, Dean did explain that it was the first slim he had done before otherwise it would of only taken a couple days. Only charged £50 and so far it may as well be brand new and if not he's good enough to give a 6 month warranty.read more

Took my Xbox One into Deans with the issue that it had a black screen and wouldn't display anything, Dean took a look and found that the hard drive had gone, resolved the issue quickly and kept me fully up to date on the progress.Great service overall and would now use for all my Xbox One issues.

Fantastic customer service on all fronts. Deans were prompt at responding, the work to repair my disc drive on my beloved PS4 was quick and reasonably priced. Deans communicated with me via telephone and text and this really elevated the service from great to fantastic. If I ever have another issue with any device I’ll be contacting Deans.

Put my ps4 in repair with grainger games for a hdmi port replacement. I then got given it back with a claim that it was unfixable. I took it into dean to be fixed after finding his website and he completed the repair in and hour and a half that a big company couldn't do in a week, for half the price. couldn't recommend him more

Dropped off my PS4 which had a HDMI fault at 10am and was contacted at 1pm saying it was done! Not only that but when I collected it he informed me that he had also cleaned and re-pasted the cpu (Something that I needed to do as the PS4 was running very hot/loud) free of charge. Console is back to being as quiet as the first day I bought it and HDMI is much better quality than original. If you need your playstation fixing then I highly recommend D.E.A.N.S. Thanks again

My 18 yrs old daughter damaged and then locked/disabled her iphone 6. She was very upset because 3yrs of photos/videos were lost. The Apple Store told us that there was no way to get the data back. Dean researched the problem and tried several different pieces of recovery software, and after several attempts got most of her precious memories back for a very good price. I CAN'T FAULT THE SERVICE PROVIDED, THE PRICES CHARGES AND I WHOLEHEARTEDLY RECOMMEND DEANS COMPUTER SERVICES.
