After having 2 pc repair companies round to try and diagnoses the problem with our computer system and failing big style we where in worried who to trust, we found D.E.A.N.S mobile pc repairs and decided to try one more company before writing of our system and replacing it all together. I am a private pc owner and found Dean after trying several other companies. I chose Dean because of the way he presented himself on the telephone and the price he quoted was very competitive. When he called he did exactly what he said he would and charged me what he originally quoted. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about computers. I have no hesitation in recommending Dean.

I have had my computer for around 5 years now and it was beginning to go slow i tryed one company and thought thay had done my computer fine, It started to be the same after 2 weeks of using it when i phoned them back they told me its nothing to do with what they had done!

my friend refferd me to Dean he came round and advised me the problem was the memory after he did the upgrade i could not beleve the speed of my computer and he didn't need to restore it like the other company did and the price was less!

We got in touch with Dean after using another external company for fixing and general servicing of our computers. After being met with extortional bills,for what appeared to be no work!.. We have found Dean to offer a prompt and speedy service, is always available to give a full explanation of exactly what is wrong (even to someone who knows nothing about computers). The service offered is second to none, so much so that Dean now deals with my own personal computer and laptop at home.

Dean took all the stress out of setting up wireless for a printer and laptop in our home.
He has also recently fixed our xbox 360 and had it ready to pick up the same day.
He charged a very reasonable price for both jobs and I would have no hesitation in recommending him to friends and colleagues needing pc work in the future.

Fantastic service, my sons playstation decided to pack-up the other evening. I gave d.e.a.n.s a call and as he was local to me we took the playstation up the same evening. I was told that it would be ready for collection the next day and true to his word it was. I collected the playstaion and paid a very fair price for the repair compared to other companies on the net. After getting the dreaded ylod fault on my ps3, i was quite worried that the cost of repairing would be quite a lot. A friend recommended D.E.A.N.S to me and it was no surprise on why he did as the pricing is unbeatable and quality of service is impeccable. The person that i dealt with was very polite   and would definitely use the service again and also recommend him to my friends. The fact that there is no call out charge speaks for itself really.

My PS3 went YLOD. I looked at the You-Tube videos of how to fix it and I thought it would be too tricky for a novice like me to try.

So I searched for a local repair centre as there was no way I was going to send it back to SONY and wait 2 months for them to send me a reconditioned model and pay them £100 - £150 for a privilege. Plus I would have probably lost all my save files and data.

Really happy with the service at D.E.A.N.S. I dropped the PS3 off at 15.30 and it was fixed and ready for me to pick up 3 hours later. All of this on a Sunday too at no extra charge. I would definitely use them again for something like this, a bargain at £50 (plus a 6 month warranty on the repair).
